Dr. Md. Jakaria Habib, Ph.D.-Dean is an academic professional at RTM Al-Kabir Technical University (RTM-AKTU) with demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching, research, and academic leadership. Short Biography
Dr. Md. Jakaria Habib is an Associate Professor in English and Head, M.Ed. Programme, & the Dean, Faculty of Education, Health & Technology. Before this service, he worked as an Associate Professor at Sylhet International University, Sylhet. He accomplished academic activities, research, and professionalism in the field of English literature of the Modern Period. He persuaded leadership and higher education to his utmost effort. He has earned his 4-Year B.A. (Honours), and Ph.D. Degree in English from Rajshahi University and Jahangirnagar University, Bangladesh, respectively. Over the years, he has built a strong reputation for his contributions to research, teaching, and academic development.

Dr. Habib has served in various academic and administrative roles at universities, where he has been actively involved in Curriculum Development, Faculty Mentoring, and Institutional Quality Assurance.

He has published numerous articles in peer-reviewed national and international journals, and has presented his work at various academic conferences. His scholarly contributions often address contemporary challenges in higher education and management, offering practical insights and policy recommendations.

In addition to his research and teaching, Dr. Habib is known for his commitment to professional development and academic excellence. He has participated in workshops, seminars, and collaborative projects aiming at improving educational standards and fostering innovation in teaching and learning.

Dr. Habib has been actively involved in teaching at the university level, where he has guided undergraduate and postgraduate students.

Dr. Habib taught English language and literature at the university level. He taught modern English literature and Post - Modern literature, Morphology and Syntax, Linguistics and Phonetics and phonology, ELT, etc.
