Short Biography

Fahmid Ahmed Chowdhury is currently serving as a Lecturer in the Department of Business Administration at RTM Al-Kabir Technical University, Sylhet, Bangladesh. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a major in Human Resource Management and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a major in Finance and Banking, both of which he completed with First Class results. With a strong interdisciplinary background, Mr. Fahmid brings a unique blend of expertise in managing people and financial resources. He teaches a variety of undergraduate courses and graduate courses, including Human Resource Management, Principles of Finance, and Business Research, among others. Passionate about academic excellence and student development, Mr. Fahmid is committed to creating an engaging and practical learning environment. His academic interests include employee development, financial decision-making, and applied business research.

RESEARCH INTEREST

My research interests lie at the intersection of human resource management and financial decision-making. I am particularly interested in areas such as -
