Short Biography

Dr. Md. Jakaria Habib is an Associate Professor in the Department of English of RTM Al-Kabir Technical University, Sylhet. Prior to this University, he worked as a Lecturer, Assistant Professor and as an Associate professor in the Department of English at Sylhet International University, Sylhet for a long time.

Dr Jakaria did his B.A.( Hons), & M.A. in English from the Department of English at Rajshahi University, Rajshahi. He has obtained his Doctor of Philosophy( Ph.D.) in
English from Jahangirnagar University, savar, Dhaka.

1. Modern Fiction
2. Post Colonial Literature
3. Linguistics.

1. 16 articles published in national and international Journals at home and abroad (some of them with good impact factors) Achieved Ph.D. on Virginia Woolf.
