Short Biography

Ms. Tarana Hasan is currently serving as a Lecturer in the Department of Business and Development Studies at RTM Al-Kabir Technical University (RTM-AKTU).Tarana Hasan received her MBA and BBA degree from University of Chittagong. Her CGPA is 3.89 out of 4 in MBA with first class first position in her major HRM. Her CGPA is 3.79 out of 4 in BBA with first class sixth position in her major Management .Tarana has worked on various initiatives, including RMG sector and reknowned Private Manufacturing Industry. Her practical knowledge and excellent academic credentials will add a lot in our curriculum.

RESEARCH INTEREST

Her research interests span the fields of Leadership, Training and Development , Conflict Management and Negotiations and Employee Satisfaction.
